Challenge
Bewley Homes are a forward-thinking developer and pride themselves in their pursuit of sustainability. With that in mind they wanted to continue with a solar street lighting solution that would perform to the high standard they demand, but also provide an appropriate looking column that would complement the aesthetic of the development. As Bewley had been working with SolarVision very successfully in the past, they asked SVLT to come up with an appropriate lighting design that would meet their aspiration for this prestigious development.
Solution
SVLT presented Bewley with a solution that demonstrated the versatility of their solar products, using a D.W Windsor HERITAGE head that would give them the aesthetic look that they were keen on, yet still providing a solar solution.
Outcome
The SVLT solar solution was just what Bewley were looking to achieve, the scheme is for a total of 40 columns and 13 HELIA Bollards.
SVLT are currently installing these Heritage column and HELIA bollards on the development in phases with 12 columns and 5 bollards already installed
