Challenge
Burrington Estates had a scheme that needed some temporary lighting as there was a delay in connecting their street columns to the grid. They therefore needed a solution that would be fast and easy to install.
Solution
Having worked with SolarVision Lighting Technologies before, they came to SVLT to request 10 HELIA Solar Bollards, they would manage and install as and when they required them. They understood and were pleased with the flexibility that our bollard would give them.
Outcome
Burrington were able to purchase the bollards off the shelf, SVLT programmed them and then dispatched them to site, from there Burrington were able to install the bollards in areas where they needed lights. Once the streetlights are connected, they will be able to remove the solar bollards and use them elsewhere as and when necessary.
